Complaints Policy

We hope that you will not wish to make a complaint since we seek to provide a quality legal service and client care.

In the event that you do make a compiaint we will:-

  • Seek to investigate the complaint fully and respond to you in writing in accordance with timescales set out in the Complaints Procedure;
  • Seek to deal with your complaint as fairly and objectively as possible;
  • Seek to ensure that you feel that your concerns have been addressed;

Seek to resolve matters with you without need for further action.
