Carly has recently joined Atkinsons Solicitors as an Associate. She has specialised in Family Law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2005. She advices on all aspects of family law matters with expertise in divorce, financial relief cases, co-habitation matters, prenupitial and post nuptial agreements and private law children cases involving child arrangements orders, special guardianship and leave to remove children from the jurisdiction.
Carly’s finance cases have involved a wide range of issues from business assets/income, agricutural and family trust matters, she approaches each case with a keen eye for detail and has an empathetic approach to clients and will provide clear advice.
